Anthony Cruz aka A Butta is cut from the cloth of the NY underground favorites and legends. Remember the lyricist lounge days, The Stretch and Bobbito shows? He was not only a part of all that but he and his legendary group Natural Elements were shining bright through out that entire period until eventually landing a deal with Tommy Boy. Tho NE never dropped an album on Tommy Boy and eventually broke up A Butta reinvented himself or you could say uninvented himself choosing to go by his birth name and make music that is influenced by exactly who he is as a person and artist.
